Cancellation Policy: I operate a strict cancellation policy, so please do read this! Unexpected things happen and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled and rescheduled. Please give 24 hours notice so the appointment time can go to someone else. If 24 hours notice is not possible for whatever reason then still call as soon as you can. No charge will made for the first cancellation, however if there is a second cancellation, a charge of £30 will be invoiced to you.
