Biography
- Kate Arnold

After graduating from the University of Buckingham with a degree in
English, Kate trained as a nutritional therapist at the renowned
Institute of Optimum Nutrition in London, under Patrick Holford. She is
a member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists, an
organisation dedicated to promoting health and nutrition ideas and is
also a member of The Guild of Health Writers.
Kate
offers workshops on nutrition for four or more people in an office
or home environment. She has been featured in Family Circle, Glamour,
Essentials, In The Know, Scotland on Sunday, Men's Fitness and The
Daily Mail. Kate also regularly writes for the Eastbourne Herald's
Prime Time and Discovering Retirement, and is the resident nutritionist
for Well-Being magazine and Healthy and Organic Living. She brings nine years' of experience to
nutritional therapy, is passionate about her work and dedicated
to getting to the bottom of a health problem.
She has a successful and busy nutritional practice
in East Sussex and sees people with a wide range of health problems.
