There is so much we can do - its not the world we live in if we choose not to - as far as I can see we still do have choices about what we do. People generally can be very lazy and not bother about things until it is too late. If anything is done about this, it will be well over due. Thanks for your comments! Having recently discussed this with a friend whose take was 'that's the world we live in, so what can we do?' I too am heartened to see this issue is being raised at a governmental level!
