It affects the way foods can be produced and the implications are not pretty. Unfortunately the ship has very definitely sailed on the legislative arguments, the Alliance for Natural Health lost their European Court case. Unless Britain leaves the EU or a miracle happens it seems as though most people just didn't want to know about this. This is just another example of how everyone's rights and freedoms are gradually being eroded. Codex doesn’t just affect vitamins, it affects foods as well. It affects the way foods can be produced and the implications are not pretty.
