		<description>This is an old post but indeed mono and diglycerides are getting everywhere. We have a small &quot;bakery&quot; round the corner that sells yummy croissants and other french pastries. I realised after buying loads of them, that, of course, they were mass produced and just eated on the place. That meant mono and diglycerides intake with our breakfast. So we had to cut them out. Really frustrating as french croissants and the likes are something very difficult to cook at home!
